On the 29th September 2021, Botswana KFM, gave 80 pairs of school shoes to the Centre of the deaf in Francistown, as well as, food items to SOS Centre in Francistown.
The Francistown Centre of The Deaf, is a Primary Boarding School for children, with hearing impairment. The centre has 78 learners, 45 boys 33 girls. The centre admits learners from the age of 3 years from nursery school.
On the same day, the partners gave food items to SOS Childrens Villages in Francistown. SOS, is an international children’s charity that offers safe and nurturing family homes to over 80,000 orphaned and abandoned children in over 130 countries and territories around the world.
In Botswana SOS provides a home for 98 children which are either orphans or have been abused somehow. And the depend solely on donor funding
