UK Bedford Food bank
On the 1st of December 2021, the United Kingdom KFMI partners donated food parcels to Bedford food bank to support struggling families in the community.
The food bank provides emergency food to people in crisis, and additional support to help tackle the root causes that sweep people into poverty and build people’s resilience, so they are less likely to need a food bank in the future.
Bedford Foodbank’s volunteers work with referral partners to provide a minimum of three days emergency food and support to people experiencing crisis. The foodbank is committed to safeguarding the rights, well-being and safety of children and vulnerable adults who come into contact with the foodbank.
